Hi, I'm Kesha. I created TC Ryan & Team in 2021. I have always had a love for real estate, even as a little girl looking at homes in the Local Listings Magazine. As an adult I found my niche as a transaction coordinator.  I love the work that I do, I take pride in providing support to others. My hope is that my service allows others to do more of what they love with the trust that their admin work is  ALL GOOD!

I have an amazing husband with whom I share 3 beautiful children and 1 adorable dog! We enjoy spending time at the lake, sitting on beaches and we firmly believe the kitchen is for dancing! I have a special place in my heart for all children and I have a very nerdy love for organization and checklists! 

Hey there - Shenoa here! I am a Human Resources Manager for Health Connect America, a community mental health center, where I have 10+ years seniority. I hold an MBA from Milligan University. I recently found myself enjoying the work of a Transaction Coordinator because I am so detail oriented, and love paperwork (lol).

I am a lover of all things cat and dog! I have 4 fur babies - 3 lovable doggo’s and one (somewhat) lovable cat. In my free time I like to travel, spend time with my kids, family, & friends, and tend to my plants. I am a lover of all things Harry Potter, Star Wars, & Marvel and an avid book reader.

Hi, I’m Sonja.  I'm a soon-to-be retired elementary school teacher and Transaction Coordinator. At the end of one career, I found myself exploring other options.  Kesha Ryan, a long time friend and colleague of mine, introduced me to the world of being a TC. It’s a world quite different from the classroom, but many of the skills are transferable.   I have a passion for organization and efficiency, traits that have seamlessly transitioned from my teaching days.

Known for my multitasking and attention to detail, I bring a unique perspective to transaction coordination. Teaching has instilled in me the importance of effective communication, which I find invaluable in my current role. I thrive in environments that require adaptability and problem-solving, skills honed during my years in the classroom.

Hi there, I'm Candra! I have 3+ years of combined experience in mortgage processing and pre-audit. As a dedicated Transaction Coordinator, I bring a meticulous approach to managing real estate transactions, ensuring seamless communication, strict adherence to deadlines, and proactive problem-solving to guide deals smoothly from contract to closing. My goal is to free up valuable time for agents allowing them to focus on client relationships and spend less time behind the computer screen. I thrive in a fast-paced environment where my pre-existing skills of multitasking, being detail oriented and having strong communication come in very handy. I have always loved all things "home" and being able to play such a huge part in helping customers with the biggest transaction of their life brings me so much joy.

I have been married to my husband, Jaron for 3 years and we have a two year old little boy, Hudson. They are my very best friends. In my free time, you can find me by my embroidery machines or working on a DIY project. My friends often tell me that they're convinced I can do anything if I just watch a YouTube video on it. LOL
